Many enterprises intensify their efforts to explore ASEAN market, which increases the probability that Southeast Asia may become the next important market for Yiwu commodities. In the first five months of this year, the city's export to ASEAN via its customs accounts for 10.5% of the total volume of export in this period by the means of tourism shopping trade. The volume of export to India reaches 170 million dollars, a year-on-year increase of 94.7%, which accounts for 5.7% of the total export volume.
