7: How to make contract?
Making a contract should follow the fair principle and confirm the right and the obligation for both sides. Both sides exert right and come to time should follow the honest credit principle. The content of the contract should be clear, the language should be specific; item is whole; the right and the obligation should keep balance; the content should be legal.
8: whether the fax contract is effective?
Making a contract by fax is ratified by law. The contract with badge which is sent to the offeree is called offer, the offeree send back the contract is called accept. The modification of some items which is made by the offeree belongs to the alteration of the offer. 10: Can not we pay the deposit after signing a contract?

Contract is carried out. (CONTRACT LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA) Article 115 Deposit
the parties may prescribe that a party will give a deposit to the other party as assurance for the obligor’s right to performance in accordance with the Security Law of the People’s Republic of China. Upon performance by the obligor, the deposit shall be set off against the price or refunded to the obligor. If the party giving the deposit failed to perform its obligations under the contract, it is not entitled to claim refund of the deposit; where the party receiving the deposit failed to perform its obligations under the contract, it shall return to the other party twice the amount of the deposit. This is the deposit punish rule. (Guaranty Law of the People's Republic of China) Article 90 says the deposit shall be executed in written form. The parties shall specify the time limit for the delivery of the deposit in the deposit contract. The deposit contract shall become effective on the date of the actual delivery of the deposit.

12. Can we request your samples?
You can find the goods which you need in our website, and you want to see the real sample. It is normal. But the problem is that we receive many calls and emails every day. Though a sample costs less, everybody need the samples, it will give us much pressure. Otherwise, Our Company will keep a rule as below from 1st January, 2006:
1. Whoever needs our samples, he (she) should pay the samples expense. If you want to know how much you should pay, you can ask my staffs.(0086-579-85379696)
2. After signing a contract, we can return back the samples expense to you. In other words, you can get the samples for free.
3. You also can return back the samples to us, and then we will give back the samples expense. To you.
4. The express fee should be paid by the buyer, the express company will give the samples to you directly and get the express fee on the spot.
5. After we receive the items from you, we will arrange to send to you the samples.
13: Can I buy one product from your company?
I am sorry, you can not .Our company is wholesale and not retail. You should order the products according to our minimum order.
14: Can you make a sample according to our request?
Yes, most of the products can make a sample, but some can not. After making an order, then you can get the sample because of the making period and the material of the product. 15. What is the file format of the design draft?
We always use the silk screen printing to put our customer’s logo on the products, for example, the advertising pen, the advertising balloon, the advertising ruler, the advertising umbrella, the advertising cap and the advertising cup.
In order to obtain the clear printing effect, please offer the CDR or AI format of the vectorgraph and all the words should be transform of curve. The vectorgraph describe the logo by the beeline and curve, this element of the logo is point, line, rectangle, polygon, round and arc line and so on. They are obtained by the math formula, so the vector graph graphics file is small. The merit of the vectorgraph is that it will not distortion whatever magnify, deflate or circumvolve
16. What is the shipment of the products?
Different product has the different shipment. Every product has explained the shipment in the remark of our website.

17. If we need the products in hurry, do you have the goods in stock?
