Because of the 2-week vacation of Spring Festival, Yiwu market was closed for half of a month because of the lunar New Year of China. As the latest Yiwu index published yesterday showed the commodity price index had just hit the bottom and rebounded with a small growth. After Spring Festival vacation, products like electric & electronic toys and spring kites, etc. are predicted to get hot in sales.

Spring Products Seem Booming Sales in Future

Among the weekly price index of 15 major categories, 10 of them have gone up slightly, such as Apparel & Accessories, Skin Care & Beauty Products, Electronics & Electrical Appliances, etc. The greatest amount of the increase is 2.1 points. While another 5 of them have fallen at different degrees, such as Accessories & Packaging, Suitcases & Bags, Stationery & Office Supplies, etc. The greatest amount of the decrease is 4.67 points. In the price index of 97 second-leveled categories, the upward proportion is 29%, the downward proportion is 37%, and the other 34%proportions maintained as last week.
