The main construction project of the first phase of Yiwu inland port has been finished recently, marking a new step forward in Yiwu logistics construction.

It is learned that the annual cargo throughput of Yiwu inland port will be 1.1 million TEU when the second phase project is completed. Sources say the first phase project covers an area of 394 mu (26.3 hectares), including a building area of 430,000 square meters. It has an annual cargo throughput of 600,000 TEU and can receive 14,500-16,500 trucks every day, providing one-stop services like customs clearance, quarantine inspection, shipping and freight forwarding.
